Jairo Suriel

Jairo Suriel is currently the Director of Application Engineering at Mercalis since August 2023. Prior to this role, Jairo worked at TrialCard starting as a Junior Developer and worked their way up to Senior Engineering Manager. Jairo also held various titles including Operations Manager, Fulfillment Supervisor, and Fulfillment Specialist, where Jairo specialized in assembling personalized fulfillment orders and developing fulfillment and QA databases. Jairo is known for being a Subject Matter Expert for assigned services and databases, providing program scope metrics to ensure service levels are met and priced effectively to increase revenue.
