Tommy Walker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tommy started their career in the United States Marine Corps, serving in various roles such as Logistics Manager and Transportation Manager. After their military service, they worked as a Business Development Manager for Spuntech Industries, focusing on revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Later, they joined Coats Veterinary Hospital as a Business Development Consultant, where they provided guidance and support in areas such as management, acquisitions, and marketing. Tommy then moved to Mercalis, where they held several roles including Vice President of Technology Transformation and IT Operations, Product Owner for Contact Center, and IT Business Relationship Manager. In these positions, they led technology initiatives, drove business growth, and facilitated collaboration between different departments.

Tommy Walker holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs from Miami University, which they completed between 1995 and 1999. Tommy also obtained an MBA degree in Supply Chain Management from the North Carolina State University - College of Management, graduating between 2008 and 2010.
