Giulio Gherardi

Giulio Gherardi has a diverse and extensive work experience in the tech industry. Giulio currently holds the position of Head of Engineering at Mercanis since November 2022. Prior to that, they served as an Engineering Lead at Mercanis from March 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining Mercanis, Giulio worked as a Software Architect at CompuGroup Medical SE from June 2019 to March 2021. Giulio also had a role as a Senior Frontend Engineer at Dalia Research from January 2019 to June 2019.

Giulio's early career included roles at Glispa Global Group and Avanade. At Glispa Global Group, they served as a Front-end chapter lead from June 2016 to June 2019. In this role, they led a team of 5-8 members and worked on various projects using Angular.js, Angular 2, React, and Vue.js frameworks. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Front-end Developer from March 2015 to June 2016 at the same company.

At Avanade, Giulio held the position of Senior Analyst from November 2009 to September 2014. Here, they worked on data-driven web applications using Microsoft .Net framework for the backend and technologies like knockout.js, JQuery, and Angular.js.

Giulio Gherardi pursued a master degree in computer science from 2006 to 2008 at Università degli Studi di Milano.
