Lance Dellamea

Lance DellaMea has a solid work background in various leadership roles. Lance started in 1996 as the Vice President of Operations at PNC National Bank, where they worked until 1998. Afterward, they joined Risk Management Alternatives as their Vice President of Operations until 2004. Lance then transitioned to Firstsource Advantage (formerly Account Solutions Group) in 2004, where they served as the Senior Vice President until 2009. Since 2009, they have been employed as the Chief Operating Officer at Mercantile Adjustment Bureau.

Lance DellaMea obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fairmont State University between the years 1982 and 1986.
