Tina van Valkenburg Sphr

Tina Van Valkenburg, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has over two decades of experience in human resources and sales management. Since February 2004, Tina has served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Mercantile Bank, previously holding the role of Human Resource Specialist. Prior to this, Tina worked at Fifth Third Bancorp from April 2001 to February 2004 as a Bankcard Sales Manager, where responsibilities included providing sales support, training, and reporting to enhance partnerships with affiliate banks. Tina's career began at Old Kent Bank as a Retail Sales Support AVP from November 1999 to April 2001.
