Dorit Kleiner

Dorit Kleiner has over 17 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Dorit is currently the Head of HR at Mercantile Discount Bank Ltd. Previously, they held the position of Human Resources Director at Strauss Group from June 2019 to February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior HR Manager at Strauss Water Ltd. from August 2016 to July 2019. Dorit started their career as a Senior HR Manager at Pelephone in October 2008 and remained there until April 2016. Before that, Dorit worked as a manager at Manpower Israel Banking Branch from January 2005 to September 2008.

Dorit Kleiner began their education journey in 2001 at Netanya Academic College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Science. Dorit successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2004. Following this, they furthered their education at The College of Management Academic Studies, starting in 2005. During their time there, from 2005 to 2008, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in human resource management consulting.
