Angela R. has worked in the Quality Assurance field since 2012. Angela began their career as an Analista I Laboratorio de Pruebas at ASIC Soluciones in 2012. In 2014, they moved to Stefanini as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where they were responsible for executing the methodology implemented in the company, designing scenarios and test cases, and using USSD Tester as a service for data sending through mobile. In 2018, they joined Tsoft as a QA Tester, where they were responsible for executing test cases through the ALM tool, reporting bugs, creating cycles and releases in ALM, and following cases in Serena and Jira. Finally, in 2019, they moved to Mercap as a Quality Assurance Lead and Senior QA Tester, where they were responsible for estimating, planning, designing, executing and tracking projects, preparing environments, setting up databases and services for testing environments, and tracking the testing process and monthly control of SLAs (compliance with metrics and deviations in requirements).

Angela R. obtained their Ingenieria de sistemas degree in Ingeniería informática from Universidad ECCI between 2009 and 2016. Angela then attended a Seminario de Seguridad informatica at the same university in 2016.
