Natalia Martinez Murias

Natalia Martinez Murias has a wealth of experience in the Human Resources field, beginning with their role as a Human Resources Business Partner at Pulpo (An Entravision Company) in 2014. Natalia then moved to Atos in 2009, where they held the role of HR Business Partner, coordinating processes such as policies, procedures, recruiting, development, and labor relations. Natalia was also responsible for managing and executing the performance evaluation cycle, talent review, and succession planning for the area. In 2016, Natalia joined Bog HR as a Talent Acquisition Expert and then began freelancing as a Talent Acquisition Consultant for WarnerMedia in 2017. In 2019, they moved to Mercap as a People Manager, where they were responsible for coordinating the general area, including recruitment, training, development, culture, and personnel administration. In 2021, Natalia became a Consultant Associate at Mĩddo CAPITAL HUMANO. Prior to their Human Resources roles, Natalia worked as an IT Recruiter at IBM Global Services in 2007, an Especialista en evaluaciones psicotécnicas in 2006, and a Psicóloga Clínica at Hospital de Clínicas in 2005.

Natalia Martinez Murias obtained their Licenciada in Psicología from Universidad del Salvador between 1999 and 2003. In 2013, they completed an Especialización en gestión de recursos Humanos in Recursos Humanos at Universidad Católica Argentina. From 1993 to 1997, they obtained their Perito Mercantil from Instituto Euskal- Echea.
