Mikako Tai

Mikako Tai is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as HRBP Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Mercari, Inc., where responsibilities include supporting the Engineering Division and collaborating with executives. Previous roles at Mercari included Onboarding and Global Talent Outreach Manager, overseeing international relocation and leading global hiring initiatives. Prior to Mercari, Mikako Tai held positions at the Africa America Institute as Corporate Affairs Officer and Executive Assistant to the President & CEO, managing administrative support and event coordination.
