Ben Lopez

Ben Lopez is a Senior Associate at Mercato Partners where he marries his interest in entrepreneurship and finance. Prior to joining Mercato Ben helped build the private equity portfolio at Utah Retirement Systems.

During his professional career Ben has gone from an entrepreneur and founder of both Neighbor Boys and Outbdcars.com, serving as the Chair of the Lassonde New Venture Development, and reverse-engineered brand products for generic development at Allergan Pharmaceuticals to an analyst at both Small Business Community Capital and University Growth Fund.
