Josh Christensen

Josh is a principal investor for Mercato Partners. In this role he operates in Colorado and Utah looking for growth stage opportunities and working with portfolio companies to accomplish their objectives serving on numerous boards.

Josh has several years of experience in investing, management consulting, and law. Before joining Mercato, Josh was an engagement manager for Cicero Group, a leading management consultancy in the Intermountain Region. He led strategy development and transformation engagements for Fortune 500 companies, serving clients in logistics, energy, financial services, technology, and private equity. Prior to Cicero, Josh worked for companies including Backcountry.com, Summit Financial Resources, and The Layton Companies.

Josh took a B.A. in Spanish and business from the University of Utah, an M.B.A. from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah, and a J.D. from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. He is an active member of the Utah State Bar and enjoys skiing, mountain biking, water skiing, hiking, and traveling.
