Carlos Sandoval

Carlos Sandoval is currently serving as a Frédérick Bastiat Fellow at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University, where the focus is on introducing graduate students to various schools of political economy. Prior experience includes a research internship at the Cato Institute, where Carlos developed research skills and built a professional network. Additional previous roles include an internship at The Sunwater Institute, working as an insurance agent at New York Life Insurance Company, serving as a peer mentor at College Steps, and working as a bookseller at Barnes & Noble, Inc. Carlos is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Economics at West Virginia University, having previously obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics from George Mason University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Northern Virginia Community College.
