Vero de Rugy

Vero de Rugy is a Senior Research Scholar and senior research fellow at The Mercatus Center since 2007, contributing extensive expertise in economic research. Previously, Vero de Rugy served as a Resident Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute from March 2004 to April 2007 and worked as a Policy Analyst at The Cato Institute from September 2001 to March 2004. Vero de Rugy holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
