Jacqueline Flinn has a strong background in customer success and client experience. Jacqueline is currently the Vice President of Client Experience at Mercatus Technologies Inc. Prior to this, they worked at PathFactory as a Senior Director of Customer Success, overseeing a large global team and focusing on retention and scale. Jacqueline also served as the Head of Customer Success at Influitive. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at LookBookHQ (now PathFactory) and Progress Magazine, where they gained experience in marketing, events, and sales. Additionally, they worked as an Account Executive at Myriad Sales Agency and as an Operations Manager at Del Mar Surf Camp, where they managed logistics and operations for an all-women's surf camp and yoga retreat in Costa Rica.
