Caroline Burrasch has a diverse work experience. Caroline started their career as a Student Research Assistant at TU Dresden in 2012 and worked there until 2016. In 2015, they also had a brief role as a Post-graduate Fellow at The John B. Pierce Laboratory, Inc. Following that, they joined Universität zu Lübeck as a Research Scientist from 2016 to 2017. Caroline then moved to Universitätsklinikum Tübingen, where they worked as a Research Scientist from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, Caroline joined DXC Technology as a Consultant Data Analytics for a few months before joining Mercedes-AMG GmbH as a Data Scientist and the lead for their Data & Analytics Community of Practice.

Caroline Burrasch completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Technische Universität Dresden from 2010 to 2013. Caroline then pursued a Master's degree in Cognitive-Affective Neuroscience at the same institution from 2013 to 2016. In 2015, they had a semester abroad at Yale University, specifically in the Department of Psychiatry.
