Gerhard Schikert

Gerhard Schikert is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as the Head of Procurement Chassis, E/E & ePerformance at Mercedes-AMG GmbH since January 2019. Prior to this role, Gerhard held various positions at Daimler Mobility Service from May 2013 to March 2022, including Manager Purchasing, and worked at Daimler AG from April 2006 to May 2013 as Leadbuyer for raw materials and Manager Global Sourcing. Gerhard also gained experience as a Senior Buyer at smart GmbH from May 1998 to April 2006. Gerhard holds a Diplom in Maschinenbau from the University of Stuttgart and a degree as a Financial Service Professional from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht.
