Emma started their career at the company in 2007 as a Corporate Marketing Assistant, where they assisted in developing the company's corporate social responsibility strategy and managed national sponsorships and events. Emma then progressed to the roles of Marketing Coordinator and Campaign Coordinator before becoming a Campaign Manager, responsible for developing marketing plans and budgets for Mercedes-Benz campaigns.
In 2012, Emma was promoted to Manager, Campaigns & Retail Marketing, where they continued to oversee strategic marketing plans and budget requirements. Additionally, they managed key stakeholders such as internal departments, dealerships, media, creative agencies, and the international headquarters. Emma also had the responsibility of staff engagement and performance management.
Emma's career at Mercedes-Benz Australia continued to progress, and they assumed the roles of Campaigns, Brand & Retail Marketing Manager and Senior Manager - Campaigns, Sponsorship & Brand. In 2019, they became the Head of Brand & Content Marketing before transitioning to Head of Sales Performance in 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Brand Performance at Mercedes-Benz Australia.
