Alina Vogt

Alina Vogt has extensive experience in human resources and education, currently working in HR Development at Mercedes-Benz Consulting GmbH since May 2019. Prior experience includes project management focused on performance and potential management at Daimler AG and teaching German as a foreign language at educom GmbH. Alina has also contributed as a master thesis student at TRUMPF, where research centered on talent identification and potential assessment. Additional roles encompass various HR positions across organizations such as SAP, 1&1 Internet SE, and SEW-EURODRIVE. Alina holds a Master of Arts in Educational Sciences with a focus on Organizational Development from Heidelberg University and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
