Jana Baumann

Jana Baumann is a Solution Manager at Mercedes-Benz AG, specializing in Automotive Industry Cloud Solutions and Global CRM Solutions since September 2021. In this role, Jana leads the global harmonization of CRM through industry-specific cloud products, defines product blueprints, and manages solution backlogs using the SAFe methodology while aligning with global stakeholders. Prior to this, Jana served as Project Lead for Automotive Industry Cloud Solutions at Mercedes-Benz AG and held multiple positions at Daimler Mobility AG from September 2015 to September 2021, including responsibilities in CRM integration and marketing cloud rollouts.
