Lisa Christ-Lederle

Lisa Christ-Lederle has a strong background in organizational development and transformation, currently serving as a Change and Transformation Consultant at Mercedes-Benz AG since July 2015, specializing in exploring and shaping change initiatives. Previously, Lisa worked as an Organizational Developer and Program Manager in the Learning & Development HR department at Daimler Corporate Academy, focusing on various training methodologies. Prior to that, Lisa held managerial roles in training development at Accor Hospitality Germany GmbH from May 2011 to June 2015. Lisa holds a Diplom Pädagogin degree in Adult Education, Psychology, and Sociology from the University of Augsburg, completed in 2011.
