Visar Smajli

Visar Smajli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and engineering, currently serving as the Manager of EV-Battery Controlling at Mercedes-Benz AG since March 2017. In this role, Visar Smajli leads an interdisciplinary team to enhance product portfolio strategies, optimize costs, and improve sales transparency. Previous positions include Assistant to the Board of Management in the CAReer Top Talent Program, where Visar Smajli engaged in international projects across Germany, Brazil, China, and Austria, and served as Assistant to the Chair of Industrial Management at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg.
