Raymond Goh has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Raymond most recently served as the Chief Information Officer for Mercedes-Benz Malaysia, where they were responsible for executing IT strategies based on local and regional business strategies. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President / Regional Delivery Leader at NGA Human Resources, driving financial efficiency through each account. Raymond also served as the Delivery Center Director at NGA Human Resources, where they defined strategic objectives for HR BPO and regional IT infrastructure management. Raymond Goh has also worked as the IT Operations Lead at Averis, Head of End User Services at Atos Origin, Global Product Manager at DHL IT Services, and Project and Service Delivery Manager at British American Tobacco GSD. Raymond began their career as a Business Development Manager at Sapura Secured Technologies and an Application Engineer at FJ Technologies.
Raymond Goh obtained a degree in Computer Science from Universiti Putra Malaysia from 1994 to 1998. Raymond also has additional certifications in CMMI Assessment Team Member, IBM Lotus CLP Principal, IBM e-business Advisor, ITIL Practitioner, Microsoft Certified System Engineer, Prince 2 Practitioner, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
