Reginald Files

Reginald Files is an experienced automotive technician, currently serving as a Master Certified Service/System Technician at Mercedes Benz Jaguar Volvo of Oklahoma City since January 2009. Prior experience includes diagnostic and repair work at Muzi Ford, as well as roles in customer service at Bell South Cellular Corp and CarMax. Reginald's background also includes military service as a Maintenance Manager in the US Army, where management and training of soldiers were key responsibilities. Additionally, experience as a sales representative at Walmart contributed to strong customer service skills. Reginald holds a degree in Auto Technology from NASCAR Technical Institute and pursued higher education at Texas Community University.
