Andrew Boulter

Andrew Boulter serves as Associate General Counsel at Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. since August 2017, overseeing contracting, business negotiation, dispute resolution, and compliance with data protection regulations. Additionally, Andrew acts as Local Compliance Officer and Corporate Counsel, managing compliance related to data protection, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, and sanctions. Prior to joining MBUSI, Andrew was Corporate Counsel at Leitman, Siegal & Payne, PC, focusing on corporate and business law, civil litigation, and business transactions from August 2012 to February 2017. Andrew's earlier experience includes roles as Legislative Assistant at Oldaker, Biden & Belair, LLP, and Research Assistant at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Andrew holds a Juris Doctor from Samford University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Political Science from American University.
