Nolan Couture

Nolan Couture is an experienced maintenance and process engineering professional with a strong background in performance optimization and equipment reliability. Currently serving as Maintenance Group Leader at Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. since November 2016, Nolan established key performance indicators and has significantly reduced downtime by 20% through strategic planning. As a Warrant Officer in the Army National Guard since February 2005, Nolan manages extensive equipment services valued at $100 million while enhancing inventory management. Prior roles include Quality Engineer and Continuous Improvement Industrial Engineer at Brose Group, where Nolan implemented process improvements and achieved substantial cost savings.
