Steven Nichols

Steven Nichols has extensive experience in legal management, currently serving as General Counsel at Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. since 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing the legal and compliance team, managing corporate governance, and supporting production operations. Previously held positions include Associate General Counsel, managing day-to-day operations and leading the COVID-19 Taskforce, as well as Corporate Legal Counsel, providing legal advice on international supply chain issues and various compliance matters. Prior to joining Mercedes-Benz, Steven Nichols practiced law at Christian & Small LLP, defending corporations in civil lawsuits. Steven Nichols holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Alabama School of Law and a B.S. in Commerce & Business Administration from The University of Alabama.
