Alexis Russell has extensive experience in quality engineering and technical support within the automotive and motorsport industries. Current role as a Supplier Quality Engineer with Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team commenced in September 2024, following a tenure as Quality Engineer at Cosworth from March 2021 to April 2024. Previous positions include Aftermarket Parts Engineer at Jaguar Land Rover Classic Works, and Quality Engineer roles at both Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team and McLaren Automotive Ltd. Earlier experience includes working as a Parts Quality Engineer at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, a Product Engineer at Toyota Motor Europe, and serving as a Technician at Honda Racing Corporation, where involvement spanned several motorcycle racing teams in the Motorcycle Road Racing world championship.
