Hillary Cheng

Hillary Cheng is a highly skilled aerodynamicist currently serving as a Senior Aerodynamicist at Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team since October 2019, with a previous progression through the roles of Aerodynamicist and Graduate Aerodynamicist. Prior experience includes leadership roles at the Formula UBC SAE Racing Team as Co-Captain and Aerodynamics Lead, as well as positions as a Senior Design Engineer and Aerodynamics & Composites Team Member. Additional internships at Tesla, Pacbrake Company, and Zaber Technologies provided valuable experience in mechanical engineering. Hillary Cheng holds a BASc in Mechanical Engineering with Thermofluids Specialization from The University of British Columbia and an MSc in Race Car Aerodynamics from the University of Southampton.
