Marek Bielawski

Marek Bielawski is an experienced technician with a specialization in composite materials within the motorsport industry. Currently working at McLaren Racing since September 2022, Marek has also held significant positions at Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team and previously at Williams Racing and Ferrari. Professional expertise includes chassis build and F1 tooling and components, demonstrated through roles at Scuderia Toro Rosso F1 Team, Bellasi S.r.l., GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES RACING LIMITED, and URT Group Limited. Additional experience includes composite laminator positions at GE Aviation and Triumph Structures - Farnborough, Ltd. Marek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from the Technical University of Koszalin.
