Zachary Barber, a CPA/ABV, has a diverse work experience in the field of valuation and financial analysis. Zachary started their career at PwC in 2016 as a Valuation Intern and later became a Valuation Associate in 2017. At PwC, they gained valuable experience in valuation practices. In 2019, Zachary joined Mercer Capital as a Financial Analyst, where they worked on valuations related to financial statement reporting, including purchase price allocations and goodwill impairment analyses. Zachary also gained exposure to portfolio company valuations for private equity and venture capital firms, as well as family offices. Zachary Barber, CPA/ABV, holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Wake Forest University School of Business, which they obtained from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Economics and Finance at the College of Charleston, where they studied from 2011 to 2015.
