Eric Grundman

Eric Grundman currently serves as the Director of Athletics, Recreation & Fitness at Mercer County Community College, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Grundman was the Senior Enrollment Officer at Ferrum College, where responsibilities included overseeing the Admissions and Financial Aid office, planning recruitment strategies, and managing the annual Enrollment Management budget. Grundman's experience includes a role as Assistant Director of Athletics and Recreation at Marywood University, managing NCAA III sports programs and fundraising initiatives, as well as coaching men's basketball and coordinating student retention efforts at Lackawanna Junior College. Additionally, Grundman worked as a Legislative Specialist for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, focusing on relationship-building and event coordination. Grundman holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Ferrum College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Economics from Empire State University.
