Michael Hilden

Michael Hilden is a Senior Principal Reliability Analyst at Mercer Engineering Research Center, where responsibilities include leading a team in the Air Force Rotary Wing Maintenance Data Analysis for MECSIP and AVIP Systems, focusing on reliability and maintainability analysis. Previously, Michael served as a Senior Scientist in Rotary Wing Logistics, participating in maintenance optimization processes, and as a Phase Production Supervisor at L-3 Communications, managing phase maintenance on airframes. Michael has also worked as a Reliability Analyst and Technical Writer/Editor, performing reliability analyses and developing technical documentation. Earlier in a career with the United States Air Force, Michael held the position of Rotary Wing Production Supervisor, garnering extensive experience in helicopter maintenance. Michael holds a Master of Aeronautical Science and a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
