Rayna Polsky

Rayna Polsky is an experienced librarian and historian with a background in archival management, art, and community engagement. Currently serving as an Assistant Librarian at Bucks County Historical Society and a Librarian at Mercer Museum since August 2017, Rayna has conducted extensive research, managed donations, and facilitated access to archival collections. As a History Detective and Blogger for BucksCountyHistory.com, Rayna provides a deep exploration of county history. Previous roles include Librarian and Archivist for Calkins Media Incorporated, where Rayna developed a significant digital archive and contributed to historical publications. Additionally, Rayna has worked as an independent bookseller, an Executive Assistant at the David Library of the American Revolution, and served as a board member for the Solebury Township Historical Society. Rayna holds a B.F.A. in Sequential Art from Savannah College of Art and Design and has a diverse background in illustration and assemblage art.
