Joseph LeVine

Joseph LeVine is a seasoned professional in real estate investment and advisory, currently serving as Managing Partner at Mercer Street Partners since September 2016, where the firm focuses on multifamily, industrial, office, and hospitality properties. In addition to this role, Joseph LeVine has been an advisor at HiGeorge since February 2020 and served on the Board of Directors for Common House until March 2023. Previously, Joseph LeVine led acquisitions as Managing Director at United Realty Advisors, LP, significantly increasing the portfolio's assets from $50 million to $220 million within 18 months. Joseph LeVine co-founded WrongBrain Films, where contributions included business development and creative writing, and held key positions in various hospitality firms, such as JLV Hospitality Advisors and Kokua Hospitality. An alumnus of Cornell University, Joseph LeVine also completed an executive education course at Harvard University focused on distressed real estate investment.
