Lena's extensive background includes significant roles at Louis Vuitton, where responsibilities encompassed Learning and Development Director and Recruitment and Development Director for the South Europe region. Prior to that, Lena held the position of Human Resources Director for Canon Middle East, overseeing HR operations for the Middle East and India. Additional experience includes leadership roles in HR at Dubai Bank, ABN Amro Bank, Emirates Airline, and Bank of Ireland. Lena holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from the University of Leicester.
