Radhika Punshi

Radhika Punshi is an accomplished professional with significant experience in talent management and organizational development. As Managing Director and Partner at Mercer Talent Enterprise since November 2012, and Co-Founder and Managing Director at The Talent Enterprise, Radhika has demonstrated leadership in the field. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Partner at Aon, where Radhika led innovative solution development across the MENA region, and Manager of Policy & Strategy at Campus Philly, focusing on regional talent engagement.
