Leah Panther

Leah Panther is an accomplished academic in the field of literacy education, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Mercer University since July 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant and Instructor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City from August 2014 to August 2018, as well as a Middle School Teacher at Park Hill School District from August 2008 to May 2014. Leah Panther holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Teacher Education and Curriculum Studies with an emphasis on Language and Literacy from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Special Reading from Park University, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Middle and Secondary Education with concentrations in English, Art, Speech, and Journalism from Augustana College.
