Bill Howard

Bill Howard is a partner at Mercer, Inc., a position held since 2007. Prior to this role, they served as principal at Mercer Human Resource Consulting from 1987 to 2003 and as executive vice president of marketing at Fiserv Health, Inc. from 2003 to 2007. Bill also held the position of director at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Virginia from 1976 to 1987. In addition to their professional career, they are a member of the Board of Directors for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater Virginia since 2017. Bill earned a BA in Economics from the University of Richmond in 1976.
