Cathal O'Shea

Cathal O'Shea is an experienced Program Director with a strong background in financial services and asset management. They currently serve as the Investment Data Platform Leader at Mercer, where they lead the strategic development of an innovative investment data platform. Previously, Cathal held senior roles at Fidelity International, most recently as Director of Strategic Data Services, overseeing key data programs and leading cross-functional teams. Their career began at HSBC in Hedge Fund Administration, followed by roles at BNY Mellon and Avocado Consulting, contributing to various project management and technical consulting initiatives. Cathal earned a BA in Maths and Economics from the National University of Ireland, Maynooth.
