Chiara Cortazzi

Chiara Cortazzi is an experienced consultant in Human Capital, currently serving as the Consultant Lead of the Center of Excellence (CoE) at BIP since February 2020, focusing on talent and performance management, professional systems, assessment, appraisal, development centers, and change management. Prior to this role, Chiara worked as a consultant within the same CoE and held the position of Head of Training at Value4People Srl from November 2016 to February 2020. Chiara's early career included roles as Coordinatrice and Educatrice at D.O.C. S.C.S. in mid-2016. Chiara holds a Laurea Magistrale in Work Psychology and Well-being from Università degli Studi di Torino and a Laurea triennale in Psychological Sciences and Techniques from Università degli Studi 'Gabriele d'Annunzio' di Chieti - Pescara.
