Enrique Schulz

Enrique Schulz is a Principal at Mercer, focusing on the Health & Benefits practice and utilizing a deep understanding of employee benefits complexities to create innovative benefit programs. Previously, they held various actuarial roles at Mercer, Segal Consulting, Deloitte, and PwC, where they contributed to employee benefit strategies and M&A valuation. Enrique earned an MBA from San Diego State University, an MS in Statistics from the University of Massachusetts, and a BS in Applied Mathematics and Spanish from Loyola Marymount University, where they also served in multiple leadership roles. Additionally, they are actively involved with the Organization of Latino Actuaries and serve on the Loyola Marymount University Alumni Board.
