Erich Studer

Erich Studer is an accomplished Global Client Manager at Mercer with extensive experience in managing relationships with large clients to address complex human capital challenges. Since November 1994, Erich has led projects that focus on talent management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, productivity, and risk management. In previous roles, Erich served as Multinational Client Group Market Leader and M&A Market Leader for the West Region, guiding global clients through the development of their people strategies and advising on human resource issues during M&A transactions. Erich's earlier experience includes being a Partner and Principal specializing in health and welfare benefits consulting. Prior to Mercer, Erich worked as an Account Executive at Aetna, focusing on sales and account management in the greater Los Angeles area. Education was obtained at Washington State University, specifically from the College of Business and Economics.
