Gary Chin

Gary Chin has extensive experience in talent and rewards consulting, having served as a Director at Aon from 2014 to 2022, where they led the advisory business line in Hong Kong and managed key client relationships. They previously worked at Aon Hewitt as a Consultant and Analyst from 2008 to 2010. Currently, Gary is the Head of Career Consulting at Mercer, overseeing strategy development and client engagements while mentoring a diverse team of consultants. Gary holds degrees in Business Administration, Organizational and Social Psychology, and Counseling from prestigious institutions including UC Berkeley and the London School of Economics.
