Gavin Dredge is a thought leader in Multi-Asset Allocation, Investment Strategy, and Credit, with over 30 years of diverse experience in the investment field. Currently a Principal and Insurance Portfolio Manager at Mercer, Gavin focuses on developing and executing investment strategies for Insurance and Reinsurance clients. Previously, they held the position of Managing Director at RenaissanceRe, where they were responsible for the strategic and tactical asset allocation of a $15 billion portfolio. Gavin began their career at Swiss Bank Corporation and has consistently demonstrated an exceptional track record in risk management and profitability across various market conditions. They are also an active board member of Volleyball Ireland and serve on the Technical Expert Panel for the Irish Pensions Authority.
