Jeff Elliott

Jeff Elliott is an experienced executive with a strong background in operating strategy and client delivery across multiple industries. As Global Chief Operating Officer at Mercer since June 2021, Jeff oversees the operating functions for the US and Canada, focusing on client engagement and delivery. Prior to Mercer, Jeff held significant roles at Chubb, Garretson Resolution Group, and Willis Towers Watson, where responsibilities included driving global operational strategy, managing a $1 billion division, and leading transformational initiatives that achieved substantial cost savings. Educationally, Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Appalachian State University.
