Karmen C. is a self-motivated Psychology and HR graduate with extensive experience in strategic advisory roles focusing on HR transformation, organization development, and change management. They have held various positions in multinational corporations, including roles as a Senior Recruitment Officer at John Swire & Sons and an HR Business Partner at Mercer. Karmen previously worked as a Human Resources Assistant at both Deloitte and Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites, contributing to employee engagement and compensation management. They are currently pursuing their education at The University of British Columbia.
