Kelley Bright

Kelley Bright is the Partner and Kentucky & Tennessee Office Leader at Mercer, bringing over twenty-five years of sales and major account management experience. Previously, Kelley worked as a Business Development Executive at Ernst & Young, where Kelley co-led the Professional Women’s Network, and held roles at Arthur Andersen and Robert Half International. A Magna Cum Laude graduate in marketing and management from Western Kentucky University, Kelley is also an advocate for women's career advancement, serving as a Board Member and past President for Women Influencing Louisville.
