Laura Mooser

Laura Mooser is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience spanning several prestigious organizations. Laura has been with Mercer since May 2007, progressing to the role of Principal and then Senior Principal. Prior to Mercer, Laura served as Assistant Vice President of Human Resource Services at Norton Healthcare from October 2001 to April 2007 and held the position of Division Director for Compensation and Benefits at The Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati from 1997 to 2001. Earlier in career, Laura was the Chief Human Resources Officer at The Campbell Clinic from 1995 to 1997, and before that, served as Benefit Coordinator at Baptist Healthcare from 1990 to 1995. Laura’s experience also includes a role as Supervisor at UPS and Human Resources Generalist at First National Bank, DBA PNC. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Louisville.
