Rupeng Chen

Rupeng Chen is a seasoned professional in the wealth and retirement sectors, currently serving as the Head of Wealth for North Asia and Head of Retirement for Asia at Mercer since September 2024. Prior to this role, Rupeng held the position of Director for Client Portfolio Management in Quant Strategies for Asia Pacific at Robeco from July 2020 to September 2024. Rupeng's extensive experience at Schroders from December 2009 to June 2020 includes roles as Investment Director and various positions in global equities management. Earlier career efforts include actuarial consulting roles at Mercer Consulting (Hong Kong) and ALEA Actuarial Consulting. Rupeng holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Actuarial Studies and a Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University and is a CFA Charterholder as well as an Associate of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia.
