Tim Reay

Tim Reay has extensive experience in advising multinational corporations, organizations, and governments on retirement and risk benefit provision, currently serving as Principal at Mercer since 2017. Prior roles include Director at PwC UK, where Tim provided expertise on pension and benefits during international mergers and acquisitions, and developed a web-based pension analytics platform. As Principal at Aon Hewitt, Tim led the French Global Benefits consulting team, establishing strategies to enhance market presence. Tim also held positions at Hewitt Bacon & Woodrow and Bacon & Woodrow, where substantial contributions were made to global pension and benefit plans across various countries. Tim Reay is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from the University of Oxford.
